THERE is not one human being on earth today who has never sinned - no one who is a “good person” by God’s standards. (Read Romans 3:9-23)

THEN HOW CAN WE BE SAVED?
The Lord is “... not willing that any should perish. but that all should come to repentance”II Peter 3:9

WHAT DOES “REPENTANCE” MEAN?
Repentance means that we change our mind regarding God, and we make a choice to stop rejecting Him and rebelling against the truth of His Word. Instead, we decide to believe in Him and by an act of our will to turn from our sin and obey the Lord.

GOD WILL NOT FORGIVE THOSE WHO DO NOT REPENT
“God. . . now commandeth all men everywhere to repent. . . except ye repent. ye shall all likewise perish... repent therefore and be converted. that your sins may be blotted out” Acts 17:30, Luke 13:3, Acts 3:19

BUT, I BELIEVE IN GOD. I’M A CHURCH MEMBER
God instructs us to “assemble yourselves together”. or attend church; but He also makes it very clear in His Word that church membership alone will not save or excuse people who say they love God and yet deliberately choose to reject His Son and continue to practice a sinful lifestyle. (Read Hebrews 10:23-31).

WELL, I DON’T BELIEVE IN GOD.
The fact that you do not believe in Him does not change the truth that God exists. and will one day judge all of humanity (both the living and the dead) by God’s standards. (Read Acts 10:34-42: Psalm 53: 1; Hebrews 9:27,28).

IS THERE A SURE WAY FOR ME TO KNOW IF I AM SAVED? INDEED THERE IS!
Furthermore, there is only one way!
1. BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. “There is none other Name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” Acts 4:12
2. REPENT OF YOUR SINS. Humble yourself and change the way you think and act. Admit that you are a sinful person. Confess that you are a sinner in need of a Saviour. and then choose to obey God and to forsake your sin. (Read Romans 3:12; Isaiah 55:7; I John 1:6-10)
3. RECEIVE CHRIST AS SAVIOUR AND LORD. Then God will forgive your sins. He has also promised to give His Holy Spirit to all who receive Christ. He will help you to be obedient by giving you the power to become a true witness and follower of Jesus Christ; able to overcome every addiction and wicked habit that you have been unable to conquer on your own. (Read Acts 1:8. 2:38, 5:30-32, 19:4).
